Smokin' the Sip

Smokin' the Sip returns to Riverfront Park in downtown Moss Point on October 9 and 10, 2026. Moss Point's premier BBQ battle brings two days of championship BBQ, live blues, food and merchandise vendors, and family fun on the riverfront. Friday night kicks things off with live entertainment, and Saturday delivers the full BBQ competition, with Grammy winners Tank and The Bangas headlining the Levitt AMP Moss Point Music Series at the festival. Entry to the festival is free, and wristbands are required for the tasting. Tasting wristbands, team registration, vendor spots, and sponsorships are all available here. BBQ teams compete for cash payouts in every category.
