Christmas By The River 2026

Saturday, December 5, 2026, 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, on the Moss Point riverfront. Christmas By The River brings the holidays to downtown Moss Point. Bring the whole family for pictures with Santa, games, live entertainment, and food and beverage vendors. The Christmas tree lighting is at 6:00 PM, the lighted boat parade follows on the river at 6:15 PM, and the fireworks show closes out the night. The day starts with the Christmas By The River Land Parade down Main Street at 3:00 PM. Floats, decorated vehicles, walking groups, bands, churches, schools, businesses, and families are all welcome. Parade entry is free and handled by the City of Moss Point Parks and Recreation Department.
